The level of losses in these enterprises is twice as high as the overall indicators in Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/getmantsevdanil\/9844\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">was announced by<\/a> the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Danylo Hetmantsev.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;According to the results of the annual report of the State Property Fund, the budget received almost UAH 10 billion from the overfulfillment of the privatization revenue plan (247%),&#8221; Hetmantsev noted.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, he outlined a number of problems that were highlighted in the report:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> almost 70% of enterprises started 2025 without approved financial plans (i.e., there is no adequate forecast of revenues for them, and therefore it is impossible to conduct an appropriate assessment of the work and achieved KPIs);<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> only 7% of enterprises with a state share of over 50% paid dividends (budget revenues amounted to only UAH 182 million);<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> wage arrears at enterprises managed by the State Property Fund for 2024 increased by another 14% (84.6 million UAH) &#8211; to 685.5 million UAH;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> the average rental cost per square meter of state property last year decreased by a third, and the debt of tenants to the state budget amounted to UAH 409.3 million (almost 15% of which is bad debt);<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Most of the enterprises managed by the Fund declare losses, the amount is UAH 6.45 billion.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> He noted that Ukraine does not have the &#8220;extra&#8221; resources to continue to carry unprofitable or generally &#8220;phantom&#8221; enterprises.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Management must be effective, there must be clear KPIs, control and responsibility for their failure.
