The average salary will increase by about 5 thousand per year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/npas\/pro-skhvalennia-prohnozu-ekonomichnoho-i-sotsialnoho-rozvytku-ukrainy-na-20262028-roky-t60825\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">is stated<\/a> in the forecast published on the Government Portal.<\/p>\n<p> The government has prepared a forecast for the economic and social development of Ukraine for the period from 2026 to 2028.<\/p>\n<p> The document envisages two scenarios for economic development &#8211; optimistic and pessimistic. The end of the war will play a decisive role in this.<\/p>\n<p> In an optimistic scenario, the government expects to cease hostilities from 2026.<\/p>\n<p> Even the suspension of the war will give impetus to the active development of the economy: the revival of construction, restoration and creation of enterprises. As a result, the salaries of Ukrainians will grow rapidly.<\/p>\n<p> The government has set the following forecasts for the average salary:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> in 2026 &#8211; 30,240 UAH (+24.0%);<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> in 2027 &#8211; 35,268 UAH (+16.6%);<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> in 2028 &#8211; 39,758 UAH (+12.7%).<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> If active military operations in Ukraine continue, economic and social indicators will be lower. In this case, the average salary will grow a little slower:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> in 2026 &#8211; 30,032 UAH (+23.1%);<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> in 2027 &#8211; 34,808 UAH (+15.9%);<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> in 2028 &#8211; 39,436 UAH (+13.3%).<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Earlier it became known that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/v-ukraini-planuiut-pidvyshchyty-zarplaty-viyskovym-u-tylu-komu-ta-na-skilky-zbilshat-vyplaty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an important reform is being prepared in Ukraine &#8211; the salaries of military personnel who are not on the front lines may increase significantly<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> We will remind you that the Verkhovna Rada adopted amendments to the law &#8220;On the National Police&#8221; to <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/verkhovna-rada-ukhvalyla-pidvyshchennia-zarplat-politseyskym-detali\/\">increase the amount of financial support for the police.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Twitter<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram<\/a> .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rapid wage growth is expected in Ukraine.
