Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin is convinced that he can talk about Ukraine without Ukraine, and one day he will do so with the Baltic countries.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was stated by<\/span><\/a> the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation Andriy Kovalenko.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPutin continues to pretend that he can talk about Ukraine without Ukraine. Similarly, one day he will think that he can talk about the Baltics without the Baltics – this is a way of thinking,\u201d he emphasized.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Kovalenko, the Russian Federation is a country of limited subjectivity that depends on the sale of energy resources to the Global South, as well as on North Korean weapons and ammunition, foreign technologies, and schemes to circumvent sanctions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The head of the Central Political Department assured that such people do not solve anything in the post-Soviet space, in Europe, in the Caucasus or the Middle East and are not on the level of the USA or the PRC.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPutin’s desire to create a world in which Europe resolves regional issues not only with the US, but also with the Russian Federation, is pathetic in its logic,\u201d Kovalenko summarized.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a reminder, the US and Russia are seeking to reach an agreement to end the war in Ukraine<\/a> , which would consolidate Russian control over the occupied regions.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that US President Donald Trump may recognize Russian control over part of the Ukrainian regions<\/a> that are currently under occupation.<\/p>\n

As it became known, Vladimir Putin still seeks to gain full control over four Ukrainian regions<\/a> \u2014 Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia \u2014 and has no plans to withdraw from the occupied territories.<\/p>\n
