Applications must be submitted by November 15, 2025, via the \u201cDiya\u201d app or Monobank.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@michael.fedorov?_t=ZM-8xdf2pWggY4&amp;_r=1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was stated by<\/a> the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"90\" data-end=\"268\">\u201cThe \u2018School Student Package\u2019 will be launched in the coming days. Parents of first-graders will be able to receive 5,000 hryvnias to prepare their child for school,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"270\" data-end=\"493\">To participate in the program, the child must be enrolled in full-time first-grade education, and the school must have submitted the necessary data to the electronic system.
