The General Staff of Ukraine\u2019s Armed Forces reports<\/a> that as of 10:00 p.m. on August 14, Ukrainian defenders have repelled 105 Russian assaults in a single day, with the fiercest fighting raging in the Pokrovske, Kurakhove, and Kupiansk directions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the onslaught of the occupying forces. To date, a total of 105 combat clashes<\/strong> have taken place. Today, the terrorist state carried out 60 air strikes<\/strong>, dropping 110 guided bombs<\/strong>. In addition, the invaders used 1,673 kamikaze drones<\/strong> and launched 3,692 attacks<\/strong> on the positions of our troops and civilian settlements.<\/p>\n

In the North Slobozhansk<\/strong> and Kursk<\/strong> directions, three clashes with Russian forces occurred. The enemy carried out seven air strikes, dropping 14 guided bombs, and shelled Ukrainian positions 233 times, including three barrages from multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

In the South Slobozhansk<\/strong> direction, the enemy attacked once near Glyboke.<\/p>\n

In the Kupiansk<\/strong> direction, the aggressor attempted five assaults in the areas of Kupiansk, Holubivka, and Zahryzove.<\/p>\n

In the Lyman<\/strong> direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 Russian attacks near Ridkodub, Hrekivka, Myrne, Shandryholove, Kolodyazi, and Karpivka. Two more clashes are still ongoing.<\/p>\n

In the Siversk<\/strong> direction, Ukrainian troops repelled six enemy assaults. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of Hryhorivka, Verkhnokamyanske, Vyiimka, and towards Serebrianka.<\/p>\n

In the Kramatorsk<\/strong> direction, Ukrainian defenders are currently halting an enemy assault near Bila Hora.<\/p>\n

In the Toretsk<\/strong> direction, our troops repelled six enemy attacks near Toretsk, Oleksandro-Kalynove, and towards Pleshchiivka. One battle is still ongoing.<\/p>\n

In the Pokrovsk<\/strong> direction, the aggressor attacked 43 times in the areas of Popiv Yar, Poltavka, Zolotyi Kolodiaz, Nykanorivka, Mayak, Volodymyrivka, Shakhove, Rubizhne, Vilne, Novoekonomichne, Myroliubivka, Mykolaivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Promin, Lysivka, Sukhyi Yar, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Udachne, and Novoukrainka. Ukrainian forces repelled 42 assaults, with one battle ongoing.<\/p>\n

Preliminary estimates show that in the Pokrovsk<\/strong> direction, the enemy lost 96 killed and wounded. Ukrainian defenders destroyed six vehicles, five motorcycles, one gun, seven UAVs, and two shelters. Additionally, they struck one self-propelled artillery system, one gun, three vehicles, and 12 personnel shelters.<\/p>\n

In the Novopavlivka<\/strong> direction, Ukrainian troops repelled 14 enemy attacks near Tolstoii, Oleksandrohrad, Maliivka, Zelene Pole, Voskresenka, Temyrivka, Novodarivka, and towards Filia, Zaporizhia, and Komyshuvakha. Five clashes are still underway.<\/p>\n

In the Orikhiv<\/strong> direction, the enemy launched an air strike with unguided rockets on Novodanylivka.<\/p>\n

In the Dnipro<\/strong> direction, the aggressor made six unsuccessful attempts to advance towards Ukrainian positions. Lviv<\/strong> also came under an air strike.<\/p>\n
