The enemy continues to pull up forces in the Pokrovsky direction, in particular, the Russians have already accumulated over 100,000 troops there.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was stated by the spokesman for the Dnipro Regional Administrative Organization Viktor Tregubov during the telethon.<\/span><\/p>\n

He explained that part of the occupation troops of the Defense Forces have already been knocked out, but the Russians continue to draw in new resources. The group’s spokesman also added that the enemy is transferring its troops from the Novopavlovsk direction to Pokrovsky.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cFor now, we will assume that their number is the same \u2013 over 100 thousand in total. This is a very large figure, for such a scale \u2013 to go to a European country with it, and not to one unfortunate little Pokrovsk,\u201d Tregubov emphasized.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, according to him, the Ukrainian Defense Forces managed to cut off the Russian wedge near Dobropillya, where they managed to advance 18 kilometers. They also managed to avoid the introduction of new enemy forces and their consolidation there.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the direction of Dobropillya, the Russians’ goal was not to capture Ukrainian fortifications, but to penetrate as far as possible in order to later accumulate forces there.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey tried to occupy part of the Ukrainian fortifications there, but first of all they were interested in simply going as far as possible and not taking up any stable defense, but rather running like saboteurs,\u201d Tregubov noted.<\/span><\/p>\n

Let us recall that the Russian occupation forces have accumulated a large number of personnel between three cities in the Donetsk region<\/a> – Pokrovske, Dobropillya, and Kostyantynivka.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that the DeepState project reported on the active advance of Russian troops in the Dobropillya area. Later it became known that the Azov joined the defense in the Pokrovsky direction<\/a> : the enemy, trying to advance in the direction, suffers significant losses in manpower and equipment.<\/p>\n

Later, the Donetsk OVA assured that the situation near Dobropillya had been stabilized<\/a> . Thanks to the heroic efforts of our Defense Forces, the front line is securely held.<\/p>\n
