It is planned that in this way Norway will provide heat and electricity to about a million families.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The money will come through the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the recipient will be the Ukrainian company Naftogaz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPresident Zelenskyy has asked us to help ensure electricity and heating in Ukraine until the next winter.
