US Republican Senator Lindsey Graham is convinced that the war in Ukraine could end \u201clong before Christmas\u201d if a trilateral meeting between US President Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin takes place.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Graham, such a format of negotiations could be key to reaching agreements to end the war. At the same time, he warned that in the absence of a trilateral summit, Russia and its partners could expect serious consequences.<\/p>\n

“If such a meeting does not take place, I think President Trump could have serious consequences for Putin and the people who buy his oil and gas,” the senator said.<\/p>\n
