By the end of 2025, it is expected that the nominal GDP of Ukraine will be almost 9 billion hryvnias.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is stated<\/a> in a statement by the Ministry of Economy.<\/p>\n

“Real GDP growth at 2.7% – GDP growth in real terms remained unchanged compared to the indicator approved by the resolution,” the report says.<\/p>\n

On average, the consumer price index was 112.2% compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n

The consumer price index from December to December of the previous year remained unchanged compared to the indicator approved by the resolution and amounted to over 109%.<\/p>\n

By the end of 2025, exports of goods and services are expected to amount to almost $58 million, up 3.3% compared to last year.<\/p>\n

Imports of goods and services in 2025 will amount to almost $100 million, an increase of almost 7% compared to 2024.<\/p>\n

“Given the key role of the security factor and taking into account risks for economic development, the forecast is developed according to two scenarios, the main difference between which is the timing of a significant improvement in the security situation in Ukraine,” the report says.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the National Bank of Ukraine significantly worsened its economic forecast. Inflation will decline for longer, and the economy will recover more slowly<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Previously, the World Bank downgraded Ukraine’s GDP growth forecast for 2025 to 2% from 2.9% this year and downgraded its estimate of its acceleration next year to 5.2% from 7%<\/a> .<\/p>\n
