Prince William and his family are preparing to move to a new residence. In particular, by the end of the year they will leave Adelaide Cottage and move to Forest Lodge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daily Mail reports<\/a> this.<\/p>\n

The new building is a Grade II listed building in an elegant Georgian style. The spacious estate has eight bedrooms, considerably more than their current residence.<\/p>\n

According to sources close to the royal family, the main reason for the move was Kate Middleton’s victory over cancer. Adelaide Cottage was associated with a difficult period in her life, including the battle with the disease and the loss of Queen Elizabeth II, with whom the princess had a particularly warm relationship.<\/p>\n

“The move gives them the chance to start over and open a new chapter. It’s an opportunity to put some of the worst memories behind them,” the British publication quotes an insider as saying.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that the spouses plan to cover all expenses for moving and setting up their new home at their own expense.<\/p>\n

Let us recall that it was previously reported that Kate Middleton and Prince William, together with their children, are planning to move from Adelaide Cottage<\/a> on the grounds of Windsor Castle. <\/p>\n
