The Security Service of Ukraine has launched new powerful strikes on rear facilities of Russian troops. Long-range SBU drones destroyed two ammunition depots of the occupiers in Bilokurakyne, Luhansk Oblast, which was another step in the systematic strategy of demilitarization of the Russian army.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by the press service<\/a> of the SBU.<\/p>\n

It is noted that on the night of August 19, SBU drones attacked ammunition depots in the temporarily occupied town of Bilokurakyn, Luhansk Oblast. This village is of strategic importance, as it is located on an important railway branch that supplies shells and other resources from Russia to the front, in particular to the Pokrovsky direction.<\/p>\n

According to operational data, the drones hit the target at least seven times. The explosions caused a large-scale fire, which was confirmed by the international monitoring service FIRMS, which records the fire in real time.<\/p>\n

The SBU stressed that such strikes are part of a systematic campaign to weaken the logistics and combat capabilities of the Russian army. The destruction of ammunition depots directly affects the intensity of assaults and reduces the Russians’ ability to conduct offensive operations.<\/p>\n

The Ukrainian special services have repeatedly carried out similar strikes deep behind enemy lines, disrupting their support and disrupting the preparation of attacks.<\/p>\n

The department emphasized that the campaign to demilitarize the occupiers will continue. The destruction of warehouses, equipment, and other resources needed by the enemy for war helps the Ukrainian military deter attacks on the front line and prepares the conditions for future counteroffensive actions.<\/p>\n

Let us recall that on Sunday, August 17, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine struck a logistics hub important for the Russian occupiers in the Voronezh region.<\/a><\/p>\n

Earlier, on August 14, Ukrainian military forces struck the Olya seaport in the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation<\/a> . This facility is used by the Russians as a logistics hub for the supply of military equipment and ammunition from Iran.<\/p>\n

The day before, on the night of August 13, the Russian pilots attacked several fuel infrastructure facilities in Russia<\/a> . Oil refineries in the Volgograd and Krasnodar regions, as well as an oil pumping station in the Bryansk region, were hit.<\/p>\n
