The White House is planning to hold a meeting between Presidents Donald Trump, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Putin in the Hungarian capital, Budapest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> in Politico.<\/p>\n

A Trump administration official and a person close to the administration told Politico that the U.S. Secret Service is preparing for the summit in Hungary.<\/p>\n

White House spokeswoman Caroline Levitt said at a press conference: “I’m not going to confirm or deny the locations.”<\/p>\n

The publication notes that the Secret Service often checks different locations, and the final venue may change, and Budapest was only the first choice for the White House.<\/p>\n

It is also noted that Russian officials are now beginning to slow down any such meeting between Zelensky and Putin.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian leader Vladimir Putin could take place in the coming weeks<\/a> . According to European diplomatic sources, Hungary is being considered as a potential venue for the talks.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, multilateral talks involving US President Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and leaders of key European countries have concluded in Washington.
