Ukrposhta announced the closure of its branches in the city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast. The reason was the increased danger to employees and customers due to constant shelling.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company announced<\/a> this on social media.<\/p>\n

“It’s too harsh to talk about this, but today we are closing our branches in Kostiantynivka. It is too dangerous now to protect the lives of our people (all our people – both colleagues and clients), we are forced to. For a long time, Ukrposhta was the only support in the city,” the company said.<\/p>\n

Ukrposhta thanked the workers who worked despite the threat. They noted that the branches were repeatedly subjected to destruction: blast waves knocked out windows, buildings were destroyed to the ground.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the company emphasized that customers will not be left without service. The branches in Druzhkovka and Oleksievo-Druzhkovka, located 5-7 km from Konstantinovka, continue to operate. Ukrposhta is also waiting for customers in Dobropillya.<\/p>\n
