In the second quarter of 2025, housing prices were almost 15% higher compared to the previous year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrstat.gov.ua\/operativ\/menu\/menu_u\/cit.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">is evidenced by<\/a> data from the State Statistics Service.<\/p>\n<p> It is reported that housing prices in the primary market increased by 16.7%, and in the secondary market &#8211; by 14.8%.<\/p>\n<p> In terms of planned prices for &#8220;primary&#8221; one-room apartments increased in price by 16.6%, two-room apartments &#8211; by 16.7%, and three-room apartments &#8211; by 15.5%.<\/p>\n<p> It is noted that the price of housing that was already owned and used increased by 14.2%, 14.2%, and 13.6%, respectively.<\/p>\n<p> The change in housing prices in the second quarter of 2025 was:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> in total 16.7%;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> for one-room apartments &#8211; 16.6%;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> for two-room apartments &#8211; 16.7%;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> for three-room apartments &#8211; 15.5%.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Compared to the first quarter of 2025, housing prices in the second quarter increased by almost 4%.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;According to the results of the first quarter of 2025, housing prices in Ukraine increased by 11.2% year-on-year,&#8221; the State Statistics Service noted.<\/p>\n<p> Previously, the Ministry of Social Policy reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/yevrosoiuz-hotuie-novyy-semyrichnyy-biudzhet-iz-pidtrymkoiu-ukrainy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ukrainian military personnel who defend or have defended the state have the legal right to significant benefits when paying for housing and communal services.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> It is worth recalling that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/koshty-na-vidbudovu-ta-investytsii-yes-nadav-ukraini-2-3-miliarda-ievro-dopomohy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the EU announced the signing of agreements for Ukraine for 2.3 billion euros, which will be used to repair critical infrastructure and housing<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Twitter<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram<\/a> .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apartment prices in Ukraine continue to gradually rise.
