At the same time, the exchange of diplomatic information obtained by other means, as well as military information not related to negotiations, remains permitted.<\/p>\n<p> Former CIA officer Stephen Cash explained that such a directive could make it difficult to create a common picture of events among allies, which is necessary to agree on a common position and coordinate actions at both the political and military levels.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/putin-hotovyy-do-perehovoriv-iz-zelenskym-u-kremli-vysunuly-vymohy-dlia-zustrichi\/\">a meeting between Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky is possible only after preliminary consideration of all key issues<\/a> .
