During another operation in the Black Sea, a Ukrainian naval drone penetrated the Novorossiysk Bay, one of the points where Russia keeps the remnants of its Black Sea Fleet. At that moment, the drone was exposed to electronic warfare, lost contact with the control point and began to drift on its own.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is stated<\/a> in a press release of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.<\/p>\n

The Russian command ordered it to be raised for a thorough examination. The task was entrusted to five of the best-trained reconnaissance divers from the PDSS unit\u2014snipers armed with underwater warfare weapons and excellent equipment.<\/p>\n

During the interaction with the drone, the occupiers did not foresee the risk. The Ukrainian drone exploded, ending the lives of all five saboteurs.<\/p>\n

The GUR noted a resounding success, and discontent spread among the personnel of the Russian Black Sea Fleet regarding the “senseless meat order” that resulted in the loss of a valuable intelligence unit.<\/p>\n
