Journalists showed unique footage of the use of the Ukrainian FP-5 “Flamingo” missile, which can fly up to 3 thousand kilometers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“We didn’t want to make this public, but it seems like now is the time. Flamingo is a long-range cruise missile that can carry a 1,150-kilogram warhead and fly 3,000 kilometers over Russia,” the company’s CEO Iryna Terek told POLITICO.<\/p>\n

Iryna Terek also noted that the company came up with the rocket quite quickly. It took less than nine months to do so.<\/p>\n

“I won’t tell you its exact speed, but I can say it’s faster than all the other missiles we have right now,” said Fire Point’s CEO.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Flamingo missile is completely Ukrainian.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that successful tests of the Ukrainian Flamingo missile<\/a> have already taken place, and its mass production should begin early next year.<\/p>\n

Earlier it became known that Ukraine received at its disposal a new generation cruise missile called \u201cFlamingo\u201d<\/a> . Its range is 3000 km, and the warhead weighs one ton \u2013 it is twice as powerful as the American Tomahawk.
