Tuesday, August 26, will be the coldest day in the near future in Kyiv and parts of Ukraine. A sharp drop in temperature, rain, and strong winds are expected, but summer heat will return to the country from mid-week.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> weather forecaster Natalka Didenko.<\/p>\n

It is noted that the lowest indicators will be recorded in Kyiv, where the daytime temperature will not exceed +16 degrees<\/strong> . In addition, rain and strong winds will be added, which will make the day synoptically uncomfortable.<\/p>\n

Difficult weather is also expected in the northern and northwestern regions, as well as in some places in Poltava, Cherkasy and Kropyvnytskyi regions. No significant precipitation is forecast in the rest of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The night will be cold throughout the country: the thermometer will show from +7 to +12 degrees<\/strong> , in the Carpathians – only +4+8<\/strong> , and in the south – up to +14<\/strong> . During the day, the temperature will fluctuate from +14+18<\/strong> degrees in the north to +23+27<\/strong> in the south. In the central and eastern regions , +18+22<\/strong> is expected. The situation will be complicated by a gusty westerly wind.<\/p>\n

However, according to Natalka Didenko, the cooling will not last long. From the middle of the week, heat will return to Ukraine<\/strong> , which will last until the end of August. The upcoming weekend will be sunny and warm, only in the west there are possible rains and a drop in temperature.<\/p>\n

The forecaster adds that before the very beginning of the school year, Ukrainians will again feel real summer, and parents on the eve of September 1 will be forced to prepare their children for school in conditions of the return of hot weather.<\/p>\n

Thus, August 26 will be a kind of “respite” from the summer heat, after which the August heat will return to Ukraine.<\/p>\n
