At present, a single trip on public transport in the capital costs 8 hryvnias, and with regular use, 6.50 hryvnias. The upcoming changes are expected to multiply these costs several times over.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"747\">\u201cThe luxury of officials on Bankova Street is jeopardizing the comfort and accessibility of the capital\u2019s transport. Kyiv has always been proud of having the lowest fares in Ukraine, but that may soon become history.
