Military, Deputy Commander of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Azov” Svyatoslav “Kalyna” Palamar stated that Andriy Parubiy was a person from the core of the national-patriotic environment, who reached high positions and at the same time remained a true Ukrainian.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to \u201cKalyna,\u201d when he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for special services to the Ukrainian people in 2016, it was important for him to receive it with the signature of Andriy Parubiy.<\/span><\/p>\n
