The Kremlin stated that Europe is obstructing the diplomatic process of resolving the war, allegedly inciting Ukraine to continue hostilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was stated by the spokesman for the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEuropeans are putting spokes in the wheels. Europeans are indulging the Kyiv regime in every way,\u201d he stressed, adding that the EU is encouraging Ukraine to continue the war.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, this approach differs from the approaches of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and American President Donald Trump.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, Peskov accused the Ukrainian side of unwillingness to resolve the war unleashed by Russia through political and diplomatic means.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBut until we see reciprocity from Kyiv, we are continuing the special military operation,\u201d he concluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier, during an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council held on August 29, the United States once again threatened Russia with sanctions<\/a> if the Kremlin did not move towards a peaceful settlement.<\/p>\n

As you know, Trump recently stated that it will become clear within the next two weeks whether peace can be achieved in Ukraine<\/a> . If this does not happen, he warned of the possibility of finding \u201canother approach\u201d to resolving the war.<\/p>\n

By the way, Trump said that the Russian dictator’s reluctance to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky would have “serious consequences”<\/a> for Russia.<\/p>\n
