According to him, the suspicion is based on objective evidence indicating the involvement of the detainee in the murder.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"492\"> He is charged with two crimes: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"591\"><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"534\">\n<p data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"534\"> <strong data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"514\">intentional murder<\/strong> (Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code);<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"591\">\n<p data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"591\"> <strong data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"571\">illegal handling of weapons<\/strong> (Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).<\/p>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"764\"> Currently, investigative actions are being carried out with the man, searches are being carried out at his places of residence and stay. A petition to the court for his detention <strong data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"761\">without the right to bail<\/strong> is also being prepared.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"859\"> The pre-trial investigation continues. Law enforcement officers are clarifying all the circumstances of the high-profile crime.<\/p>\n<p> Let us recall that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/vbyly-kolyshnoho-holovu-rady-andriia-parubiia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Andriy Parubiy was killed in Lviv<\/a> on August 30.
