Analysts at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) predict that in the fall of 2025, the Russian command will attempt to capture the remnants of the Donetsk region.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Military personnel from the 155th Marine Brigade of the Russian Federation, who were transferred from the Kursk region, have already been spotted in this direction. In addition, combat bloggers from the occupiers&#8217; circle confirm the movement of the 177th Marine Regiment and the 40th Brigade from the north of Sumy region.<\/p>\n<p> Russia is increasing pressure in the Pokrov direction. The main goal is to advance to Dobropillya, Pokrovsk, and Kostyantynivka. At the same time, the enemy is reducing its activity in the Sumy region.<\/p>\n<p> ISW notes: the concentration of &#8220;elite&#8221; units in the Donetsk region indicates that this is where the Russian Federation will make its main bet in the fall.
