In total, for the eight months of 2025, energy revenues were 20.2% lower than for the same period in 2024, and amounted to 6.03 trillion rubles.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"907\"> Initially, the Russian Finance Ministry planned to receive 10.94 trillion rubles in oil and gas revenues this year, of which 1.8 trillion were to go to the National Welfare Fund. However, due to falling oil prices and the strengthening of the ruble, the forecast was reduced to 8.32 trillion rubles.
