According to British intelligence, Russia is pursuing a long-term policy of Russification in the occupied territories, seeking to erase the Ukrainian language, culture and national identity.<\/p>\n<p> The UN confirmed that the occupation authorities are imposing a Russian educational program on children, preparing them for service in the Russian army, and placing them in so-called &#8220;re-education camps.&#8221; According to official estimates alone, more than 19,500 Ukrainian children have been forcibly deported, of which about 6,000 have been sent to a network of such institutions.<\/p>\n<p> British Foreign Secretary David Lemmy said that &#8220;the Kremlin&#8217;s policy of forced deportations, indoctrination and militarization of Ukrainian children is abhorrent&#8221; and proves that Vladimir Putin is ready to commit any crimes to erase Ukrainian identity.<\/p>\n<p> The list of sanctions included:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Aimani Kadyrova is the president of the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation and the mother of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Valeriy Mayorov \u2014 head of the state &#8220;Center for Adolescent Programs&#8221;;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Anastasia Akuratova \u2014 Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for the Protection of Children&#8217;s Rights;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Leyla Fazleeva, Rinat Sadikov, Alexander Gurov, Zamid Chalaev, Natalia Tyshchenko;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> organizations: Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation, the All-Russian movement of children and youth &#8220;Movement of the First&#8221;, as well as &#8220;Victory Volunteers&#8221;.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Minister for the Armed Forces Luke Pollard stressed that the UK will not allow children to be used as &#8220;weapons of war&#8221; and will continue to pressure Russia to secure their return to Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the UK has provided more than \u00a321.8 billion in support to Ukraine, including \u00a313 billion in military aid, and says it is working closely with partners to ensure those responsible for these crimes do not escape accountability.<\/p>\n<p> Recall that in late August <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/velyka-brytaniia-oholosyla-pro-novyy-paket-sanktsiy-proty-poplichnykiv-rf-koho-torknulys-obmezhennia\/\">, the UK government imposed a new package of sanctions against eight individuals and companies from Kyrgyzstan<\/a> , accused of helping Russia circumvent Western restrictions through the banking sector and cryptocurrency schemes. The restrictions are aimed at eliminating the opaque financial mechanisms that the Kremlin uses to finance the war.<\/p>\n<p> By the way, the European Commission stated that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/popry-perehovory-u-vashynhtoni-yevrosoiuz-prodovzhyt-pidhotovku-19-paketa-sanktsiy-proty-rosii\/\">sanctions against Russia will remain in force and will be strengthened as long as the aggression against Ukraine continues<\/a> . Brussels emphasizes: any negotiations without a real ceasefire will not change Europe&#8217;s position.<\/p>\n<p> As is known, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/yes-hotuie-19-y-paket-sanktsiy-proty-rosii-enerhonosii-zalyshaiutsia-poza-spyskom\/\">the European Union is working on another, 19th package of sanctions<\/a> aimed at increasing economic pressure on Russia&#8217;s military-industrial complex.
