Dynamo Kyiv has found itself in a scandal after the transfer of 23-year-old Romanian striker Vladislav Blenuce. According to journalists, the club’s newcomer turned out to be a supporter of Russian propaganda and content, which caused outrage among fans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As journalists found out, Blenuce shared videos on his TikTok page with statements by Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov about Moldova. In addition, he showed his affection for the soundtrack from the TV series “Brigade”, known not only for its crime plots, but also for actors who openly support Vladimir Putin’s policies.<\/p>\n

After the publicity, the footballer made his account private, but traces of pro-Russian preferences remained. An additional reason for criticism was the fact that his wife actively shared posts on social networks praising the Russian president and nostalgic for the USSR. <\/p>\n

According to Romanian media, the striker’s transfer cost Dynamo 2.5 million euros (approximately 120 million UAH), and Blenuce’s monthly salary in Kyiv will be about 30 thousand euros (1.5 million UAH). The contract is signed for five years.<\/p>\n

The situation has worsened against the backdrop of a difficult season for Dynamo. The Kyiv team made a successful start in the Champions League qualifiers, but were eliminated first by Paphos of Cyprus, and then by Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Europa League, continuing their journey in the Conference League. The club’s fans have already criticized the management’s transfer policy, and now the attitude towards the new player may escalate into an open conflict.<\/p>\n

Dynamo President Igor Surkis stated<\/a> that the final decision regarding Blenuce’s future in the team will depend on his reaction.<\/p>\n

“Let’s wait and listen to him, he hasn’t arrived in Ukraine yet. We’ll draw some conclusions later. If the reaction is adequate, he will play for Dynamo Kyiv. If not, he won’t play for this team. This is my final decision,” the club’s manager emphasized.<\/p>\n
