This decision will not only reduce the Kremlin\u2019s resources for war, but will also confirm that Ukraine is capable of taking on the role of a leader in shaping sanctions policy. What we are primarily interested in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2024, about 300,000 barrels of oil were pumped through Druzhba every day, bringing Russia over $7 billion a year. Every day of Druzhba\u2019s operation meant about $20 million for Moscow \u2014 money that was converted into missiles on Ukrainian cities, drones against our soldiers, and the deaths of civilians. Ukraine cannot remain an intermediary in financing a project of its own destruction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This absurdity cannot continue. The Ukrainian parliament must adopt a decision to completely stop the transit of Russian oil through our territory. At the same time, Ukraine must maintain close coordination with our European partners and the United States so that joint actions have the strongest possible effect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Armed Forces have already stopped the work of \u201cDruzhba\u201d several times, but a systemic political decision is needed \u2013 to shut it down and preserve it.
