During the recent Russian attack on Kyiv, the Cabinet of Ministers building was struck by a warhead from an Iskander-K missile, not a strike drone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported<\/span><\/a> by Defense Express based on the results of the analysis of the wreckage.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was reported that the government building was struck by a 9M727 missile from the Iskander-K complex. Its 450-kilogram warhead did not detonate; the fire on the upper floors was caused by the ignition of fuel from the missile\u2019s tanks.<\/p>\n

Recall that on the night of September 7, Russia carried out another massive combined attack against Ukraine<\/a>, using a record number of strike drones – 810. In addition, ballistic and cruise missiles were used.<\/p>\n

As is known, as a result of the Russian Federation’s massive strike on Ukrainian regions, the Cabinet of Ministers building was damaged, in particular,<\/a> where a fire broke out.<\/p>\n
