Petro Poroshenko said that the European Parliament strongly condemned the murder of former Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Parubiy, expressing horror and indignation at this crime, as well as condemning the acts of terror and sabotage of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure organized by Russia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The European Parliament, according to Petro Poroshenko, strongly condemned the murders of Ukrainian public figures and military personnel organized by Russia, as well as acts of sabotage of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.<\/p>\n

“The European Parliament expresses its horror and outrage at the horrific murder committed on August 30, 2025 in Lviv of Andriy Parubiy, former Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada and former Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, who demonstrated a firm commitment to Ukraine’s European aspirations,” Poroshenko emphasized.<\/p>\n

The day before, the fifth President of Ukraine and leader of “European Solidarity” Petro Poroshenko, who is in Strasbourg, reported on the key messages in the adopted Resolution of the European Parliament<\/a> .
