The former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission, Tetyana Krupa, who is suspected of large-scale abuses, was given an electronic bracelet and surrendered her passport to the migration service.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Olga Postoliuk, a spokeswoman for the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, these steps were a consequence of the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court, which previously released Krupa from custody, setting a preventive measure for her in the form of a bail of 20 million hryvnias. The money was supposed to be paid within five days, but the money was not paid within the specified period.<\/p>\n

The SAPO emphasizes that Krupa is currently fulfilling the duties assigned to her by the court. At the same time, the issue of a possible review of the preventive measure will remain open until the prosecutor’s office receives the full text of the court’s decision and studies all the details of the case.<\/p>\n

According to sources, the bail is currently being paid in installments, but the entire amount has not yet been collected. This was confirmed by Krupa’s lawyer, Tetyana Vyday, who noted that the bracelet has already been put on, the passports have been handed over, and part of the funds have been paid.<\/p>\n

“I do not have exact information about the amount currently paid, but a significant amount has already been paid. Therefore, I believe that there are no legal grounds for initiating a change in the preventive measure,” she said.<\/p>\n

By the way, the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) Tetyana Krupa, who was released from the pre-trial detention center by the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) on bail of 20 million hryvnias, has not paid the specified amount within the period prescribed by law<\/a> . Now the court will determine the suspect’s further fate after analyzing all the circumstances.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court decided to change the preventive measure for the former head of the Medical and Social Expert Commission of Khmelnytskyi region<\/a> . Detention was replaced with bail in the amount of 20 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n
