The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported<\/a> this.<\/p>\n

“According to the investigation, on the night of September 14, Russian military carried out an artillery attack on the village of Belozerka in the Kherson region. As a result of the attack, a 54-year-old local resident died in the yard of his own home,” the statement said.<\/p>\n

The prosecutor’s office has launched a pre-trial investigation into the fact of a war crime that resulted in the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).<\/p>\n

According to<\/a> the Kherson OVA, a 59-year-old resident of Belozerka, who was hit by a Russian drone on September 13, sought hospital treatment. The woman received a mine-explosive injury, a concussion, and a shell shock. The victim was hospitalized.<\/p>\n

Let us recall that Russian infidels struck the Gulyai-Pole community of the Zaporizhia region with a drone<\/a> . One person was killed, another was injured. <\/p>\n
