This weather creates a real winter feeling \u2014 even though it&#8217;s still September on the calendar.<\/p>\n<p> Pip Ivan Chornohirskyi is one of the highest peaks of the Ukrainian Carpathians, located on the border of Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions. It is also known as the &#8220;White Elephant&#8221; because of the former observatory located on its summit.<\/p>\n<p> As reported, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/pohoda-zdyvuie-koly-v-ukrainu-povernetsia-lito\/\">cool and rainy weather will remain in Ukraine on September 17\u201318, but temperatures will start to rise by the end of the week<\/a> .
