The head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported that as a result of the morning airstrike on Kostyantynivka, Russian troops dropped a FAB-250 aerial bomb on a residential area. As a result, five local residents aged 62 to 74 were killed and four multi-storey buildings were damaged.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the morning of September 17, the Russian army struck the civilian population of Donetsk Oblast. According<\/a> to the National Police and the head of the Donetsk Oblast Armed Forces, an air bomb weighing 250 kilograms hit the residential area of Kostyantynivka.<\/p>\n

The victims of the attack were two women, aged 62 and 65, and three men, aged 65, 67, and 74. All of them were local residents who did not have time to evacuate from under constant enemy fire.<\/p>\n

The explosion caused significant damage to four high-rise buildings. Rescue services, police, and municipal crews are working at the scene.<\/p>\n

Vadym Filashkin emphasized that every civilian in the Donetsk region is in mortal danger due to constant shelling from Russia – from strikes by kamikaze drones and missiles to aerial bombs and multiple rocket launchers.<\/p>\n

“Every civilian in the Donetsk region is a potential victim of another Russian shelling! Be responsible! Evacuate in a timely manner!” – emphasized the head of the OVA.<\/p>\n

Recall that on the night of Wednesday, September 18, Russia carried out another large-scale attack on the territory of Ukraine using strike drones<\/a> . In total, 75 kamikaze drones of various types were launched, including more than 40 Shahed, as well as Gerber-type drones and others.<\/p>\n
