Why? Because Poland, as the object of aggression, did not make the decision that needed to be made. This is the recognition of the fact of military aggression and, accordingly, to launch a national procedure as stipulated in their legislation. That is, they are entering a threatening period and are starting to take measures to prepare for mobilization and transfer the economy to military rails. And this would allow us to submit the appropriate steps to NATO for consideration,&#8221; Samus noted.<\/p>\n<p> https:\/\/youtu.be\/4RVnUN839cA?t=321<\/p>\n\t\t<aside class=\"shortcode-also\" data-title=\"Read also\" >\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/poles-have-already-smelled-war-is-europe-ready-for-resistance\/\">Poland Smells War: Can Europe Stand Together<\/a>\n\t<\/aside>\n\n<p> Instead, Poland, according to him, did not make the appropriate decisions, which allowed NATO to avoid recognizing that the Russian drone attack was not an accident, but a real military aggression. &#8220;Poland and NATO allowed the recognition that they have a strategic fear. Strategic fear is to recognize the fact of war, the fact of military aggression,&#8221; the military expert emphasized.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;The Russians will use this, they will continue to do so. They conducted &#8220;West-2025&#8221;, it seems like nothing so strange, but they conducted demonstrative deployments of &#8220;Iskanders&#8221; on the border with NATO countries in the Kaliningrad region, they even conducted some training there. They launched &#8220;Daggers&#8221;, launched &#8220;Tsirkon&#8221; from a surface ship, demonstrating that, you see, we control the situation here, we scare you, you are afraid, you do not make decisions,&#8221; explains Samus.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, in his opinion, this could be a chance for Ukraine to significantly strengthen defense cooperation with the European Union.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;This is a chance for us to do exactly what we were talking about, to start developing our joint capabilities, combat capabilities together with the Europeans. Drones, a continuous radar field, other means, this is light aviation, no matter how paradoxical it may sound for F-35 pilots, other measures. This, by the way, is building a network of mobile fire groups, which our European partners do not have. Ukraine can tell us how to build it. And as a result, it turns out that all this will require production, and this is already investment in the Ukrainian defense industry, and together with the Europeans we can increase this together,&#8221; Samus is convinced.<\/p>\n\t\t<aside class=\"shortcode-also\" data-title=\"Read also\" data-right>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/a-game-of-fear-and-excuses-putin-declared-air-war-on-europe\/\">A Game of Fear and Excuses: Putin\u2019s Air War on Europe<\/a>\n\t<\/aside>\n\n<p> &#8220;The fact that Poland and NATO have not worked out &#8211; they are really afraid. This is the fear of politicians, this is the fear, in principle, of society &#8211; to call a war a war. We also went through this, in fact. In 2014, we were afraid to call it a war. We looked at it, and maybe it&#8217;s not a war, and maybe it&#8217;s &#8220;little green men&#8221;, really, it&#8217;s nothing bad&#8230; That is, we ourselves know how difficult it is for a normal person,&#8221; &#8211; summed up the director of the New Geopolitics Research Network platform Mykhailo Samus.<\/p>\n<p> As is known, on the night of September 9-10, Russia carried out a massive attack on Ukraine, during which <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/polshcha-pid-zahrozoiu-tusk-zbere-ministriv-cherez-nichnu-povitrianu-tryvohu\/\">some of the drones violated Polish airspace<\/a> . This forced Warsaw to raise its aviation and activate its air defense forces. In total, 19 drones crossed the Polish border, of which only four were shot down. Against the background of these events, NATO Secretary General Mark <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/nato-rozpochne-viyskovu-operatsiiu-na-skhodi-aliansu-shcho-vona-peredbachaie-ta-iaki-resursy-zaluchat\/\">Rutte announced the launch of Operation Eastern Sentinel<\/a> , and the very next day Poland announced its own military operation.<\/p>\n<p> Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/polshcha-ta-ukraina-hotuiut-uhodu-pro-spivpratsiu-u-sferi-droniv-shcho-vidomo\/\">Poland and Ukraine have reached a new level of partnership in the military sphere<\/a> . Warsaw plans to sign an agreement with Kyiv on the development of unmanned technologies, using Ukraine&#8217;s unique experience in warfare.<\/p>\n<p> By the way, Polish President Karol Nawrocki has stated that he would like <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/navrotskyy-zaiavyv-pro-bazhannia-rozmistyty-iadernu-zbroiu-u-polshchi-detali\/\">to deploy nuclear weapons on his country&#8217;s territory<\/a> .
