The defense forces are conducting counteroffensive operations on the front in the Donetsk region – Pokrovsky and Dobropol directions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was announced by<\/span><\/a> President Volodymyr Zelenskyy following the report of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, the occupiers focused their offensive campaign on this section of the front, however, they failed to conduct a full-fledged offensive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zelensky noted that the Ukrainian military is destroying Russian forces, in particular, the enemy is suffering significant losses. The Defense Forces have also replenished the exchange fund.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKupyansk, as well as the areas around the city \u2013 we are defending our positions, thank you to all the brigades,\u201d the president added.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a reminder, the Russian occupation troops advanced on four front lines in three regions, and the Defense Forces were successful in the Dobropol direction<\/a> .<\/p>\n

By the way, the situation on the front in the Kharkiv region remains difficult: the Russian occupiers have accumulated forces and set a goal of capturing Kupyansk<\/a> .<\/p>\n
