Unfortunately, instead of delivering justice, Ukrainian courts are increasingly turning into platforms for manipulation and \u201cproblem-solving\u201d with wads of cash.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"68\" data-end=\"189\">We are witnessing an attempt to shift responsibility for the loss of territories from the government onto the military.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"191\" data-end=\"263\">This is not only unfair \u2014 it is dangerous for the future of our state.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"474\">The TSC on Fortifications, of which I am a member, inspected the Kharkiv direction. The results are shocking: more than 20 planned military strongholds and defensive structures were never built in this area.<\/p>\n\t\t<aside class=\"shortcode-also\" data-title=\"Read also\" >\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/populism-above-all-else-the-government-is-cutting-military-spending-and-preparing-for-elections\/\">Populism above all else: the government is cutting military spending and preparing for elections<\/a>\n\t<\/aside>\n\n<p data-start=\"69\" data-end=\"201\">The responsibility for this lies with the military administrations, which are part of the vertical of the Office of the President.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"203\" data-end=\"421\">But instead of investigating the inaction of civilian leaders, the courts collude with them \u2014 shifting the blame onto those who defend the country on the front lines. We cannot remain silent. The truth must be heard.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"493\">Regarding the 2026 budget: losses at the front, gains in repression.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"632\">Expenditures for equipping the Armed Forces of Ukraine (weapons, ammunition, equipment, fuel) in 2026 are ten times lower than in 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"822\">This is not about salaries \u2014 it is about what is necessary to fight the enemy.
