Today, September 22, the 69th Ballon d’Or 2025 ceremony will take place in Paris. This year, a new laureate is guaranteed to receive the award, as none of the previous winners are among the contenders.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ballon d’Or is a prestigious individual football award given annually to the best player in the world. In addition to the main prize for men and women, the ceremony will also announce the winners in two other categories: the Kopa Trophy for the best player under 21 and the Yashin Trophy for the best goalkeeper.<\/p>\n

The event will take place at the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de la Chatelet in Paris and will be hosted by legendary football player Ruud Gullit, who won the Ballon d’Or in 1987, and British journalist Kate Scott.<\/p>\n

Where and when to watch?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The ceremony will begin at 21:00 Kyiv time. In Ukraine, the broadcast can be watched on the Megogo<\/a> media service (with Sport, Maximal and MEGOPACK N+S subscriptions), the Megogo Sport channel, as well as live on YouTube<\/a> . Vadym Shevyakin and Vitaliy Kravchenko will comment on the event in Ukrainian. <\/p>\n
