The occupiers are concentrating marines and other elite units near Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region. Their goal is to try to close the “pincers” around the Kostyantynivka-Slovyansk agglomeration and complicate Ukrainian defense.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported on the air of “Social. Studio” by<\/a> the chief sergeant of the 93rd Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade “Kholodny Yar” Vitaliy Pyasetsky.<\/p>\n

“They need to enter the operational space about 10 kilometers deep in order to create such “pincers” around Kramatorsk, this Konstantinovka-Slovyansk agglomeration, from the south. You don’t have to be some kind of qualified intelligence officer to understand that they are trying to cut off, in particular, logistical routes and complicate the defense of these cities,” the military officer noted.<\/p>\n

According to him, the enemy is actively using the “Dobropil wedge” to strike roads with drones. In particular, the highway leading from Kramatorsk towards the Dnieper, as well as the direction to Izyum and Kharkiv, was affected.<\/p>\n

“It was not possible to completely eliminate this wedge. The enemy began to strike deeper and deeper with drones. That is, there are problems on the Sloviansk-Izyum-Kharkiv route and towards the Dnieper,” explained Pyasetsky.<\/p>\n

The Russians are also shelling Konstantinovka with artillery, drones, and aerial guided bombs.<\/p>\n

“They don’t even need to launch missiles there. They effectively get KABs there – and they use calibers from 250 to several tons of combat load. Therefore, the situation is very difficult. Residents still remain – there is no electricity, no water – people live in basements,” the military man concluded.<\/p>\n

Recently, the Russians hit Konstantinovka with a FAB-250 aerial bomb<\/a> , which was dropped on a residential area. The attack killed five civilians aged 62-74, and damaged four more high-rise buildings.<\/p>\n

On September 14, the occupiers also attacked Kostyantynivka. First, they struck with artillery and used drones, and then attacked the city with three Smerch MLRS missiles<\/a> .<\/p>\n

As a reminder, not a single hospital is operating in Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region<\/a> . The last medical facility closed due to continuous shelling and staff exodus.<\/p>\n
