A woman was killed in Kherson during morning Russian artillery shelling. Authorities urged residents to stay indoors unless absolutely necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported<\/a> this.<\/p>\n

“According to the investigation, on the morning of September 26, 2025, Russian military personnel carried out artillery shelling of Kherson,” the statement reads.<\/p>\n

It is noted that a woman who was on the street died as a result of the attack.<\/p>\n

An apartment building and cars were damaged.<\/p>\n

Under the procedural leadership of the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime that resulted in the death of a person.<\/p>\n

In turn, the head of the Kherson OVA, Oleksandr Prokudin, stated<\/a> that Russian troops had been shelling Kherson intensively this morning. He urged residents to remain in safe areas and not go outside on September 26 unless absolutely necessary.<\/p>\n

Let us recall that Russian infidels fired upon a minibus in the center of Kherson this morning<\/a> . A woman was injured in the attack and is in moderate condition. <\/p>\n
