The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that all men aged 25 to 60 who were not registered in the military and did not use the “Reserve+” application were automatically included in the Unified Register of Conscripts “Oberig”. They may now receive fines for violating registration rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by the “Judicial and Legal Newspaper”<\/a> .<\/p>\n

As is known, on September 25, the government adopted amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers’ Resolution No. 1487 of December 30, 2022, which regulates the procedure for organizing and maintaining military registration of conscripts, military conscripts, and reservists. According to the new rules, Ukrainian males aged 25 to 60 who were not on military registration without legal grounds were automatically placed on it.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Defense emphasized that this decision will reduce the number of manual operations and eliminate the need to visit territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCK and SP). From now on, all these men are included in the electronic Register of Conscripts “Oberig”, and information about themselves can be checked through the “Reserve +” application.<\/p>\n

The legislation provides for liability for violation of military accounting rules. The amount of fines ranges from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias. In case of failure to pay the fine voluntarily, the bank accounts of the violators may be seized.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Defense has not yet reported the exact number of men who were previously unregistered, but their data is now combined in a single electronic database. This creates conditions for automatic fines in case of violations.<\/p>\n

At the same time, it is not yet known from which information base the data was transferred to “Oberyg”, since the changes have not yet been officially published. Experts note that the integration of data from various state registers into the military accounting system was only a matter of time, and the current step of the government became a logical continuation of the digitalization process.<\/p>\n

By the way, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the government’s decision to simplify military registration<\/a> . Now young men will be able to register remotely via an application, and men aged 25 to 60 who have not been registered without legal grounds will be registered automatically.<\/p>\n

Note that MP Roman Kostenko previously reported that Ukraine is mobilizing only half of what is needed to fully man combat brigades<\/a> and create reserves. This is enough to maintain the front at the current pace.<\/p>\n

As \u201cPryamiy\u201d already reported, after the relevant government permission, men aged 18 to 22<\/a> began to leave Ukraine en masse. The dynamics are especially noticeable in the western regions of Ukraine<\/a> . This already has tangible consequences for Ukrainian business<\/a> . In particular, for those sectors where physical endurance and a flexible schedule are required.<\/p>\n
