During Friday, September 26, Russian troops continued their massive attack on the Chernihiv region. The enemy continues to strike at the energy infrastructure of the city and the region. Problems with energy supply are already being recorded. Residents are asked to make sufficient water supplies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The regional military administration reported<\/a> a series of Russian strikes on the Chernihiv region. Power outages are observed both in Chernihiv itself and in the Chernivtsi region.<\/p>\n

The OVA emphasizes that there are several hits due to the Russian attack.<\/p>\n

Throughout the day, the Air Force warned of a high threat of drone attacks for both Chernihiv and nearby settlements.<\/p>\n

The Russian strikes have affected rail traffic. Ukrzaliznytsia reports<\/a> delays in suburban trains in the region. For example, train No. 6308 “Chernihiv – Nizhyn” stopped at the Muraviyka station, and train No. 6305 “Nizhyn – Chernihiv” was delayed at the Veresoch station.<\/p>\n

The company noted that they are working to restore traffic and will immediately notify passengers of any changes.<\/p>\n

In addition, Chernihivvodokanal has already appealed to residents several times to stock up on drinking water. This especially applies to residents of high-rise buildings, where problems with water supply are possible due to power outages.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that the Russians began attacking Chernihiv yesterday, September 25. The occupiers used drones to strike critical infrastructure facilities in the city<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Earlier, the Russians attacked Nizhyn in Chernihiv region<\/a> . In just half an hour, the enemy launched more than a dozen drones into the city, 14 arrivals were recorded. In Nizhyn, power outages were recorded as a result of the attack. <\/p>\n
