The overnight downpour caused significant flooding of streets and disruptions to public transport. Trams and trolleybuses have been partially stopped, and cars are having difficulty moving on many roads. Local residents joke that the city looks &#8220;as if it has turned into Venice.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> The city hall and local Telegram channels <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/odesacityofficial\/46536\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a> on the downpour in Odessa.<\/p>\n<p> Promyslova Street was the most affected by the bad weather, where the water level forced drivers to move extremely slowly.
