Instead of shooting down Russian drones and planes over its airspace and preparing for military transformation, European leaders have turned everything into a &#8220;bureaucratic talking shop.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This opinion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yscvhMhIlEA\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was expressed<\/a> on the air of &#8220;Pryamoy&#8221; by political scientist Taras Zagorodniy<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We need to shoot, shoot down planes. This bureaucratic chatter is just starting to get ridiculous. What are the measures to respond to the flights of planes or drones? Simple measures: you bring out the army, raise the planes and shoot down the planes. And then some chatter begins, to, you know, do something, to do nothing. Germany should have admitted a long time ago that it was a mistake to close nuclear power plants&#8230; Ukraine is at war, Ukrainians are dying, and everything is fine with them, they have summits, slow transformations, and many other interesting, but not very useful things,&#8221; the political scientist is convinced.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, he commented on the recent initiative to create a &#8220;drone wall&#8221; on the eastern borders of the European Union.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;As for these &#8220;drone walls&#8221;, &#8220;drone swarms&#8221; &#8211; here again the question arises: when will you shoot? Why do you need a &#8220;wall&#8221; or two &#8220;walls&#8221; to shoot down drones flying over Denmark, Sweden, which you can&#8217;t determine what they were. This is a meeting of heads of state and government from over 40 European countries, created as a platform for discussing security, economics, and energy. The format allows for the EU and non-EU countries to unite for coordination of actions and strategic dialogue.<\/p>\n<p> It was previously announced that the central theme would be <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/stina-z-droniv-dlia-yevropy-u-kopenhaheni-obhovoriat-novi-oboronni-proiekty\/\">the creation of a &#8220;drone wall&#8221;<\/a> and strengthening the defense of Europe&#8217;s eastern flank. The urgency of these steps has increased after a series of violations of NATO airspace by Russian targets.<\/p>\n<p> Meanwhile, on the evening of October 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/drony-nad-miunkhenom-desiatky-reysiv-skasovano-cherez-nevidomi-bpla\/\">, unidentified drones were spotted<\/a> near one of Europe&#8217;s largest airports, Munich. The airport temporarily suspended operations due to the threat of an air incident. Shortly after the first reports of drones were received, the runways were quickly closed. As a result of the incident, about 20 flights had to be canceled.<\/p>\n<p> By the way, the European Union is preparing to launch a new program that should <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/yes-anonsuvav-novu-prohramu-ukraina-otrymaie-tekhnolohichnu-perevahu-na-fronti\/\">help Ukraine gain a technological advantage<\/a> in the war against Russia.
