Ukrainian special operations forces have carried out pinpoint strikes with attack drones on two important Russian air defense systems in the Voronezh region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to information<\/a> from the unit, hits were recorded on the P-14F “Lena” long-range radar station and the Sopka-2 route radar complex.<\/p>\n

The P-14F “Lena” radar was part of the airspace control system around the Russian Air Force military airbase in Buturlynivka. The Sopka-2 track complex in the village of Garmashivka was part of the direction finding “wall” along the border with Ukraine and was intended to detect and counter Ukrainian UAVs.<\/p>\n

According to the SSO, both systems were aimed at drones, but they were successfully hit by strike drones operating according to a pre-prepared scheme. As a result, these air defense elements were disabled.<\/p>\n

The Special Operations Forces emphasized that such strikes reduce the enemy’s ability to control airspace along the border and increase the effectiveness of Ukrainian drone operations and airstrikes. According to representatives of the unit, the campaign continues, and the goal remains the same: to weaken enemy defenses and accelerate the enemy’s strategic attrition.<\/p>\n

Earlier, Ukrainian Special Operations Forces fighters struck a Russian S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile system<\/a> in temporarily occupied Crimea.<\/p>\n

Recall that the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a drone distribution logistics point and a field ammunition depot of the Russian army<\/a> in the temporarily occupied territories.<\/p>\n
