Energy infrastructure facilities were the primary target.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-start\"> The head of the Chernihiv MVA, <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/bryzynskyi\/3535\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Dmitry Brizhinsky<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/chernigivoblenergo\/4134\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">Chernihiv Power Supply Company<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/1GQopzzanT\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\">the State Emergency Service of Ukraine<\/a> reported the attack on the region.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"417\" data-end=\"701\"> In Chernihiv, an attack damaged a critical infrastructure facility, causing a fire. According to Chernihivoblenergo, several important power supply facilities were disabled during the drone attack. This resulted in power outages affecting approximately 50,000 consumers.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"947\"> Power companies are currently working to address the aftermath of the strikes. The region continues to operate on a three-on-three hourly outage schedule.
