The decision was made at a meeting of the Kyiv City Defense Council.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> As <a href=\"https:\/\/kyivcity.gov.ua\/news\/iz_2026_roku_v_kiyevi_zaprovadyat_tsifrovi_spetsperepustki_dlya_peresuvannya_transportnikh_zasobiv_pid_chas_komendantsko_godini\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a> by the Kyiv City Military Administration, together with the 12th Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they are to develop an order and procedure for implementing a new mechanism.
