Training centers for military personnel will gradually be moved inland. The reason for this move is the increase in drone and missile attacks by Russia. The decision was made to increase the safety of soldiers during exercises and maintain the stability of the training process.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is stated<\/a> in a message from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, on Facebook.<\/p>\n

According to him, during the meeting, they considered the effectiveness of the work of training centers, quality control of training, and the deployment of basic combined arms training (BZVP) based on mechanized brigades.<\/p>\n

“Given the drone and missile threat, work is underway to strengthen the security of training centers. They are increasingly being moved deep into the country, as far away from the front line as possible. In this regard, the task is to ensure high standards of training also in remote locations,” Syrsky emphasized.<\/p>\n

The Commander-in-Chief emphasized that over the past year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have carried out large-scale work to update the training system for military personnel. The duration of basic combined-arms training has been increased to 51 days. An anti-drone combat course and other practical elements adapted to the conditions of modern warfare have been added to it.<\/p>\n

Syrsky also instructed to ensure the readiness of training centers for work in the winter period and improve the organizational structure of units so that the training process remains continuous even when facilities are moved deep into the territory of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, on the night of June 24 , Russian troops launched a strike with Shahed kamikaze drones on one of the training centers<\/a> of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Also, on June 22, Russian troops attacked with missiles the training ground of one of the mechanized brigades<\/a> of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where servicemen were training, and on June 4, the occupiers launched a missile strike on the territory of a training unit in the Poltava region<\/a> .<\/p>\n
