Due to Russia’s massive attack on the energy sector, emergency power outages are being implemented in some regions of Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by NEC ” Ukrenergo<\/a> “.<\/p>\n

“As a result of a massive Russian missile and drone attack on energy facilities, a significant number of consumers in Kyiv and the Kyiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, and Odesa regions were left without power. Emergency shutdowns were implemented in these regions to stabilize the power grid.”<\/p>\n

It is noted that power companies are working to restore stable power supply as quickly as possible. Emergency outages will be lifted once the situation in the power grid stabilizes.<\/p>\n

As is known, Russian infidels attacked DTEK Group thermal power plants on the night of October 10.<\/a> Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, DTEK thermal power plants have been hit more than 200 times.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, the overnight strike on Kyiv caused significant damage to critical infrastructure and residential buildings<\/a> . Part of the capital was left without power and water, and the number of civilian casualties reached 12.<\/p>\n

As reported, serious power outages have been reported in the capital since the morning of October 10. Due to strikes on critical infrastructure, Kyiv’s left bank remains without power, and subway service is partially limited.<\/a><\/p>\n
