The production and integration of these systems will be handled by Rheinmetall Italia SpA at its headquarters in Rome.<\/p>\n<p> The CEO of the concern, Armin Papperger, thanked Ukraine for its trust and emphasized the support from the EU countries, which emphasizes solidarity with Kyiv in the context of security cooperation.<\/p>\n<p> The Leopard 1 Skyranger 35 system combines the mobility of a tracked chassis with the effectiveness of anti-aircraft weapons. The central element is the 35 mm \u00d7 228 KDG 35\/1000 revolver cannon, capable of firing at a rate of up to 1000 rounds per minute. The effective range is up to 4000 meters.
