On the night of October 14, drones attacked energy infrastructure in the Nizhny Novgorod region of the Russian Federation. The Arzamaska substation was probably under attack.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported<\/span><\/a> on the ASTRA Telegram channel.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, the governor of the region reported the drone attack. As he said, the falling debris of the UAV caused damage to an energy facility. This led to a temporary power outage.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPower supply has now been restored. Specialists are working at the scene of the incident,\u201d the Russian official assured.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the service that tracks temperature anomalies, NASA Firms, a fire broke out at the Arzamaska substation in the Lisohirsk district of the Nizhny Novgorod region.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is known that the facility in question is one of the energy hubs of the region. The Arzamaska substation, with a capacity of 1,502 MVA, supplies several southern districts with a population of over 200,000 people, as well as Gazprom gas compressor stations and Russian Railways traction substations.<\/span><\/p>\n
